  11.    Can anyone E-mail me the actual text of a Domestic Partnership Ordinance?
  12. Here at SU I got in a heated debate with a fellow classmate as to whether or
  13. not these represented "Special Rights" for Gays.  He claimed the legislation
  14. gave benefits only to gay couples, and not to heterosexual couples.  I know
  15. he is wrong but not having the actual text of the ordiance it came down to a 
  16. his word vs mine situation.

  18.    I would love to come into class tomorrow with the full text of one (or 
  19. better many) of the Domestic Partnership Ordinances and show him for the fool
  20. he truly is.
