  25. Reverse discrimination is very real, and as I have stated several times,
  26. I do not believe that any form of quota based reverse discrimination type 
  27. legal remedy to discrimination is proper. The fact that some small minded
  28. individuals hold the same belief as a mask for their prejudices does
  29. not invalidate my point.
