- Excuse me? And women and blacks and the disabled and catholics and
- jews all keep their jobs for life?!

- If you are fired and yet you had been performing your job well, and
- that fact can be established, then you should be justly compensated,
- no matter what the boss' reason (even if you _claimed_ to be gay and your
- boss believed you). Unfortunately, in Colorado, there is currently
- an amendment that would make any claim of discrimination by gays
- _unaddressable_ by the courts (by definition), even if they had
- been performing their job well.
