That's "Harrogate", I think - you mean the one in Yorkshire, no?
A most civilised place.  Oh, you really only do the spoon trick
with the cream for fun, or if you're having a liqueur coffee; most
of the time we just have milk or nothing with coffee.  This is
*real* coffee we're talking about; you can do what you like with
instant, because I'll hardly ever drink it anyway.
