- the policy, and especially why would one read "The question (of
- sexual orientation) will not be asked."? Was that an assertion,
- or an instruction? I'm not sure why they would feel able to
- assert what the press would ask, unless they had briefed the
- press in some other manner.

- And if "he (Barney Frank) probably leaked a lot of that stuff to
- the press", does that mean it's based on inside information that
- is true, or speculation / ground preparation that might be
- untrue?
