- Well, you _used_ to be able to attach postage-paid cards to bricks,
- etc. and mail them, but in recent years new regulations have been put
- into effect that prevent that from working. The post office no longer
- has to deliver such items.

- On the other hand, my favorite technique is to take all of those
- postage-paid cards, and put them in the mail -- completely blank.
- They receive them in the pristene condition (not counting the USPS) in
- which they were delivered. This is (as far as I know -
- #include <stddisclaimer.h>) legal and costs them postage and sorting
- time. Why should _I_ deal with recycling all those cards - let _them_
- do it!

- While making them pay for bricks may be a nice thought, several
- thousand blanks cards will work just as well, and it's much easier to
- do.
