  33. Well, I guess it depends. There is apparently a sexual orientation nondiscrimina
  34. tion clause in Federal Civil Service, surely that accounts for most of the
  35. Diplomatic Corps? But this clause does NOT apply to armed services or law
  36. enforcement [FBI/CIA].
