- Well, I guess it depends. There is apparently a sexual orientation nondiscrimina
- tion clause in Federal Civil Service, surely that accounts for most of the
- Diplomatic Corps? But this clause does NOT apply to armed services or law
- enforcement [FBI/CIA].
