  19. I agree with you, too.  But, it seems that the joint chiefs are
  20. concerned on exactly where and when Bill is headed... maybe they
  21. tapped the discussion here :) and are afraid that Bill will sign
  22. something on 25 April.  Anyway... they want to have a face-to-face
  23. with Bill before doing whatever Les requested.
