  25. I've been reading "Brother to Brother", a collection of things written
  26. about being a black gay male. I've only read through the first section
  27. and I'm already quite impressed. So many anthologies of queer writing
  28. are annoying and .. prosaic. Maybe it's because I don't know much
  29. about what it means to be black, much less black and gay, but the
  30. things I'm reading seem fresh, new. And best of all, well written.
