- Rod: an editorial you transcribed from the NYT argued that it would be
- a bad move, symbolically at least, for Clinton to order Aspin to do
- the deed. So does this mean that Clinton will issue the executive
- order, or that Aspin will? And does it really make much of a
- difference, since Clinton is known to be behind the order anyway?
