- ..and if you asked me, a decent enough first step, given the eggshells on
- which the President is walking. Given that so much of the hysteria coming
- from the military brass is over this notion that somehow we queers will be
- all hormones once we're allowed to enlist openly, a change in policy to
- disallow investigations unless based on conduct will help show how silly
- this objection is.
