  25. ..and if you asked me, a decent enough first step, given the eggshells on
  26. which the President is walking.  Given that so much of the hysteria coming
  27. from the military brass is over this notion that somehow we queers will be
  28. all hormones once we're allowed to enlist openly, a change in policy to
  29. disallow investigations unless based on conduct will help show how silly
  30. this objection is.
