  37. essential to what we think of as education.  You would never

  42. they suffer compound inequities wrt to health, with implications
  43. for productivity, self-respect, education, child-rearing, and
  44. a host of other aspects.  You would never under any circumstances
  45. divert resources from haves to insurance have-nots?

  47. 20 million Americans are undernourished.  Various inequities
  48. assure they will remain so.  You would never under any
  49. circumstances divert resources from haves to assist food
  50. have-nots?

  52. At least 7 million Americans are living on the streets.  You
  53. would never under any circumstances divert resources to
  54. provide shelter for those people (a few, mostly treatable
  55. schizphrenics, don't want it, but let's worry about them
  56. later)?
