  22. it takes two to make a marriage or honeymoon successful.
  23. I've said it before and I do believe that Clinton's
  24. election represents the beginning of our work - the goal
  25. wasn't to get the man elected so that he can fix all our
  26. problems.  He can't.  What his election means to me is that
  27. our position is no longer hopeless:  we have someone who
  28. appears willing to listen to us, where before we didn't.
  29. *Now* is the time to hunker down and get to work, whether
  30. that work is political action through mainstream glb
  31. organizations, agitation through QN, ACT-UP, etc., or
  32. individual letter-writing campaigns.
