  30. There are so MANY of these right-wing ``think tanks'' it isn't funny! The 
  31. Hoover Institute is some $30+ million foundation that has a huge building on
  32. the Stanford campus.

  34. Dunno much else about him excot that he has a syndicated column, and he's an
  35. example of one of those rare beasts called a "Black Republican."
