  21. I accidentally read an article by this jerk in the Columbus Dispatch
  22. while I was home over the holidays.  He said that the purpose of
  23. bilingual education programs in California was to allow Spanish
  24. speaking children not to learn English.  How can the Hoover Institution
  25. tolerate such intellectual dishonesty?  How can Stanford tolerate
  26. the Hoover Institution?
