  12.  Well, let's see I'm a librarian.  Comp.techreports is a news group
  13. you may want to get on or countless cd-rom newsgroups. As the business
  14. administration specialist here at Langley my needs aremy customers
  15. needs and i get on newgroups that will fill my customer's needs.

  17. But I'd like to pose this question.  I need to write a collection
  18. development/management policy for our special library (basically
  19. aeronautics), does anyone have any suggestions?
