  22. The people that you talked to was there "illegaly"  as TOURIST.  They are 
  23. not there to help or reform the country directly.  Things are better there 
  24. because the government has eased up, they letting American tourists in 
  25. inorder to collect the US dollars.  So in a way, tourists are helping 
  26. indirectly.  So in our eyes and the native people - yes, things are 
  27. improving lifestyles wise but not politically and may be economically.  If 
  28. ba'c va` -da?ng decide to shut the door to American tourists, this "things 
  29. are getting better" are gonna go down the toilet.  Yes, there're other 
  30. tourists they don't have the luxury to spend like people from here.  And, 
  31. things are not going to be better without US presence in VietNam.
