- I agree with Dmitry. Of course, postal clercs are desperate and poor;
- one can understand this, but what they do is abominable.

- And advice to those who want their letters delivered. Convince
- postal clerks that there are no $$ in it. To do this make yor letter
- official-looking. Use stationery from your work (envelopes with
- return address of your university/company printed on them).
- Never write address by hand - only printer! (Preferably good
- laser one). Never do this in Cyrillic!
