  12. I am a student of Telecommunications at the University of Pittsburgh.
  13. Could anyone offer any information or references regarding
  14. the state of the telephone industry in Poland?  I have written
  15. to the U.S. Department of Commerce and have talked with
  16. the Polish Embassey in Washington D.C.  The information they
  17. have given me is brief.  It says Poland is investing in
  18. U.S. cellular phone products, but does not say which companys,
  19. and does not say what standards are being adopted. At this
  20. time, I could use any information on history or policy or
  21. laws concerning the telephone industry in Poland.  If you
