  30. The other "home cuisine" part of NZ culture is the "Hokey-Pokey" 
  31. ice-cream, although the Australians will try and nick that one as well as 
  32. the pavalova idea. For all those plebs who wish to become the cognicenti, 
  33. Hokey-Pokey icecream has bits of toffee-honeycomb type of stuff in it. A 
  34. bit hard to explain, I'm afraid.
