  14. I posted in alt.internet.access.wanted many times, but
  15. I didn't come out with anything.

  17. I do hope that someone here can help me.

  19. I am searching for a dial-up BBS or an on-line service like
  20. CompuServe in Mexico which might offer Internet access to
  21. its subscribers. Is there a way for a mexican private to access
  22. Internet at a reasonable cost, at least for exchanging email?
