  17. As far as I know, it's not allowed, but only punishable by God, for
  18. obvious reasons.  One who masturbates in front of witnesses is guilty
  19. of violating a few other halachot.

  24. This is the laws of Negi'ah.  There are varying opinions on what (if
  25. any) male-female physical contact is permitted outside of a marriage.
  26. I think most allow handshakes, though, since it is not considered
  27. untoward behavior, and is assumed business ettiquette.
