- As far as I know, it's not allowed, but only punishable by God, for
- obvious reasons. One who masturbates in front of witnesses is guilty
- of violating a few other halachot.

- This is the laws of Negi'ah. There are varying opinions on what (if
- any) male-female physical contact is permitted outside of a marriage.
- I think most allow handshakes, though, since it is not considered

- Modern society forces this to be permitted or to be isolated and
