  29. Sorry. That post didn't reach my site - I didn't see it until just
  30. now. Yes, this is also a generalization, but one of the Japanese
  31. government I think. He is commenting that the government was stupid.
  32. The point I get is "See, the gov't was acting stupidly, this proves
  33. that some Japanese can be stupid" not "all Japanese are stupid."
  34. yes, it could have been better said. NO ONE is incapable of utter
  35. stupidity, but at the same time NO RACE is comprised of only stupid
  36. people.
