  14. President of India is a "dodo"...has no powers, makes no
  15. decisions. He cann't order the army to do anything.    
  16. Its a pretty stupid setup if you ask me. President of
  17. India lives in a Palace built for a King ("Vice-Regal")
  18. Should he be living more modestly considering the grinding
  19. poverty all around him. MK Gandhi wanted the Presidential
  20. Palace turned into a childerns development centre/hospital.
  21. He also suggested to Nehru/Patel to get off their high-horse
  22. and disband Congress party before the 1st election since
  23. Congress would have the unfair advantage over "startup"
  24. political parties.
