-
- *you* do that yourself.

- >Hitler and his cohorts went so far as to say that experimental science was

-
- quite irrelevant...

- abundance of talent in what?? The art of making laddus??
-
- >of losing some of their best talent to the U.S.

- Yes, and these were the pioneers of the U.S space program.
-
- but, a dunce like you perhaps cannot comprehend the meaning of
- English sentences. I never commented on the direction in which
- the sciences were heading under the Nazis [to flex their military
- muscle] but Jayaraman's remarks about Nazism dealing a blow to
- science in Germany which is simply not true. [in a sense, it
- did for by its very definition science is noble] Neither did I
- dispute the fact that 'Jewish science' was affected. [i never
- denied that their scientific pursuit was a lot 'ignoble' if you
- cared to read]
-
- My point was this: Nazism was not anti-science. J was trying to
- draw an anology between Hindutva and Nazism by claiming that
- just as science was given the death blow by Nazism so wud the
- BJP take us into the dark age of superstition and blind faith.
- Now, you can tell me that 'superior Aryan' myth is enuff evidence
- of blind faith. *That* is prejudice IMO & I doubt there is anyone
- you can call a scientist who wasn't prejudiced, because that
- is a very human quality [One doesn't have to be a 'Nazi' scientist
- for that] Only in this case, it was monstrous. Get that into your
- head and stop posting when you are drunk! [if you can help]
