  31. Yes.  This is true.  Ironically, someone who attended SPCC after Form 5 and
  32. spent the matriculation years in SPCC is eligible, but someone who had been
  33. attended SPCC sincce primary school and left after Form 5 is not.

  36. to curiosity about this eligibility thing.
