  11. In his _Zeit_ (int'l edition) essay of 18.12 ('Die zweite Lebensluege
  12. der Bundesrepublik:  Wir sind wieder 'normal' geworden'), Habermas
  13. mentions a speech given by Manfred Frank at the Frankfurt Paulskirche on
  14. 9.11.  According to Habermas, Frank's use of Goebbels' "populist" maxim
  15. to critique the politics of the asylum debate roused quite a
  16. public-political stir.  The reason I'm posting is that I don't have
  17. ready access to German media but I'm very interested in the public
  18. discourse of Habermas & Frank--so if anyone knows a source for a
  19. transcript (complete or abridged) of Frank's speech I'd be -very-
  20. appreciative.  Additionally it would help if you could let me know of
  21. any articles on Frank's speech, public incidents around the speech,
  22. hearsay, gossip, etc.
