  27. OK, I think I am smarter than them. Are you saying that inorder to avoid the
  28. "transfer" there is a self-destroy device which can sense abnormal movement,
  29. so that if the satellite is sent to the other orbit, it will blow up?
  30. When Chinese tried to send it to another orbit and hope to recycle it later
  31. it explored? Or, it has touched down somewhere and got by the Chinese?
