- Yet. In my experience of Oxfordshire the coldest time of year recently has
- always been in February or March, often accompanied by heavy snowfalls which
- cut the city off for a day or two. So far we have had a grand total of fifteen
- minute's snow this winter, which hung around for a couple of minutes.
