  13. There's a most plausibly an apocryphal story about the naming of
  14. Dhaka. Some Moghul general wanted to set up an encampment on the
  15. bank of the river. He asked his drummer to beat on his drum [Dhak],
  16. and the reach of the drum beats delineated the boundaries of a
  17. new city to be henceforth called "Dhaka". I agree, quite apocryphal.
