  17. voluntarily left their homes to make their expected destruction of
  18. Israel easier.

  20. The Jews in the sections of Jerusalem taken over by the Arabs were
  21. kicked out of their homes.  The Arabs who left their homes, with
  22. precious few exceptions, left voluntarily of their own free will.

  24. There is no equivalency there.  When one voluntarily abandons
  25. property, there is no obligation to compensate him or her for it.
