  13. For various reasons that I'd rather not get into, the faculty at Muskingum
  14. College are considering forming a union.  Of course, the proponents of unions
  15. have brought in several organizers who paint a relatively promising picture of
  16. the benefits of unionization.  It seems to be more difficult for opponents to
  17. find sources presenting the downside of unions.

  19. If you have any experience with faculty unions, I would be very interested to
  20. hear from you, either via email or a followup discussion.  I'm very
  21. uncomfortable making a decision when only one side has been presented.
