  14. Renting a studio ($425/mo till June 1st, then $40/mo).  I'm having to 
  15. break my lease as I'm moving out of town.  It is an expanded Studio 
  16. meaning only that it has a seperate bedroom.  Last month's rent is the
  17. deposit.   You have to spend $33 for a credit check from the landlords, 
  18. non refundable.  In other words, its $133 to hold.  Nice location, nice place,
  19. with pay washer/dryer, storage bin in the basement.  It is an 8 unit apt near 
  20. the Burke/Gilman trail and Magnussen Park at 5409 NE 65th St, #5.  View of Mt
  21. Ranier from south picture window.  Great light for plants.  Email me if
