  13. Could anyone suggest any publications that devote a fair amount of
  14. space to primitive terms and how to deal with them?  And by 
  15. "publications", I mean either texts or periodicals.  (No objection
  16. to thesis works, just not apt to be able to get hold of them.)

  18. Alternatively or additionally, any references to departments or
  19. profs who give good coverage to their study would be nice.
