- The Phalanx on a Perry class faces to the rear and has roughly a 300
- degree firing arc. The front 60 is inhibited to prevent hits on the
- ship. If a missile comes in from the front, the ship must turn to
- unmask the Phalanx. As to how fast the mount can realistically turn
- around and engage a new target, I don't know.
