  21. The Phalanx on a Perry class faces to the rear and has roughly a 300
  22. degree firing arc. The front 60 is inhibited to prevent hits on the
  23. ship. If a missile comes in from the front, the ship must turn to
  24. unmask the Phalanx. As to how fast the mount can realistically turn
  25. around and engage a new target, I don't know.
