- As far as I have heard, construction is continuing, either for the Ukranian
- navy or for international sale. The Chinese and the Indians are major
- customer prospects, despite what either of them might say. Both are in a
- position of becoming a major world power within the next 20 years, and a
- nuclear carrier would certainly help national image, if nothing else.
