  30.  It is highly directional and of limited duration.  It turns on approx 5 miles
  31.  from the target and, at 500 kts, lasts only about 30 seconds.

  33.  To jam, you'd have to be in the right place at the right time.  Or use
  34.  some kind of broad band "white noise" jam-it-all device.  But then, you'd
  35.  be making yourself a target for electronic suppression countermeasures.
