- Wow, how fast people can forget. Hallion must have been born after
- the Falklands War. The British were not happy about having scrapped
- their last fleet carrier the year before.

- Simply put, there are cases where *nothing* but carriers is available,
- because you simply don't have the bases available, and nobody knows
- whether those might not be in the majority in the future. B-52 long
- range strikes probably don't cut it for CAS.
