- Don't forget that the nuclear blast would have an effect on the
- electronic systems of the Carrier, and indeed on the task force in
- general. I'm not sure how well insulated a carrier's systems are to the
- effects of an EMP, but I'm sure that it must be considered, as well as
- the immediate effect of fallout, surface contamination, etc, etc
