- Last night on CNN I saw a news clip from Baghdad where everyone was
- celebrating Clinton's inauguration or something, and one frame showed an
- Iraqi drummer and what looked like two Iraqi *bagpipers*? Am I as blind as I
- think, or is there a Middle-Eastern instrument that just looks and sounds
- like the pipes? Maybe this isn't exactly a military question, but they were
- soldiers, and I can't think of any other groups to send this too.

- P.S: Maybe they were just left over when the British left . . . ?
