  15.      I have two questions concerning the recent Iraqi fighting; please respond
  16.  by e-mail, if you wish.

  18.      Are Iraq's SA-3 "Goa" SAMs deployed on both fixed and mobile launchers?
  19.  (Does this type of missile come in both versions?)  If mobile, are the mobile
  20.  launchers tracked or wheeled? I have encountered conflicting data on this, and
  21.  would like find further sources.  How many "Goa" launchers comprise a battery?

  23.      Was the Iraqi fighter shot down on Sunday, 17 January 1993, a MiG-23
  24.  "Flogger" or a MiG-29 "Fulcrum?"  Early reports indicate the former,  but a
  25.  friend said he saw later news reports indicate the latter.
