  13. But, can I distribute the executable without the source?  I was at Cornell,
  14. and worked on a project in the physics dept writing PD software.  Teukolsky
  15. is at Cornell, and supposedly (according to my boss) he said that it's OK to
  16. distribute it after it's been compiled, but not the source.
