  13.   Outrageous use of Academic Paper for anti-Semitic propaganda.

  16.      I was astonished to realize that the IEEE COMPUTER , gives
  17.      host to an inglorious wild anti-Semitic provocation, under the
  18.      cover of so called academic paper.
  19.      In the IEEE Computer of July 1992 , Page 74 ,given as " a
  20.      sample of typewritten Arabic ", there is a paragraph in Arabic
  21.      , describing the fall of the Moslem ruler of Turkey, and the
  22.      raise of the "western agent "  Kamal Attaturk in 1922, as a "
  23.      Jewish  Conspiracy ". The exact content of the paragraph is
  24.      given hereby.  The translation has been done by my colleague
  25.      Ron J. Goldring:

  27.      "... The entire region, and the JEWISH delegation was
  28.      expelled disgracefully. And he said: Palestine is the
  29.      blood of six hundred million moslems.
  30.      And since that time, the enemies of Islam laboured on
  31.      removing that obstacle from their way. And their
  32.      collusion was successful: They removed him from power,
  33.      and toppled the "knifa", and brought the western agent
  34.      Attaturk to power."
