  34. Were you TELNETing or FTPing? FTP is not allowed to OCEANIC as user INFO. You
  35. will have to use anonymous ftp. Looking at my security log it appears as 
  36. though you were trying to FTP in, not TELNET.

  38. I TELNETed in from here and from bluehen.jcu.edu.au with no problem. We do
  39. have a sometimes flakey net connection, but I didn't see one for 1800Z timeframe.
