  18.  The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect the perceptions about fresh
  19.  water resources in Canada and the U.S.  Responses from other nationalities
  20.  would be also appreciated.  The questionnaire consists of 15 questions, and
  21.  it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

  23.  The results will be used in a university course dealing with various
  24.  aspects of fresh water resources.
