- The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect the perceptions about fresh
- water resources in Canada and the U.S. Responses from other nationalities
- would be also appreciated. The questionnaire consists of 15 questions, and
- it should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

- The results will be used in a university course dealing with various
- aspects of fresh water resources.
