  22.   The McTrans bulletin that comes out of the Transportation/Software
  23.   center at the University of Florida is the first thing to look at.
  24.   I am sure you can find it at UM. Try Professor Chang in the civil
  25.   engineering department, if you cant get hold of it. He will surely
  26.   have a copy.
