  19. An additional problem is that not all press releases are quoted verbatim
  20. in their entirety by most publications. They are excerpted and rewritten
  21. by staff writers who may not have an adequate background. Recently,
  22. I read a rewritten story about solar energy which included the phrase
  23. "solar insulation" when obviously from the context of the story the
  24. phrase should have been "solar insolation". The staff writer or editor
  25. not knowing the difference.
