- Sorry, you're going to have to give more information than that. How stable,
- and how accurate?

- The first thing that comes to mind would be a PLL frequency synthesizer
- using a crystal oscillator reference, possibly with the crystal in an oven.
- But that may be overkill - won't know 'til you supply the specs!
