  13. I would just like to say that thanks to the people that responded, I've
  14. chosen what I feel is the most humane method of doing away with my fish,
  15. who was obviously far beyond help. It has been suggested that this topic
  16. be dealt with in the FAQ, which I think is a good idea. The most popular
  17. suggestion I received was to freeze the fish, and thereby slow down his
  18. metabolic rate to nil. This is what I chose to go with, and I would like
  19. to thank my mother for doing the actual "dirty work" while I was at class.
  20. As well, thanks to the following people who mailed me or posted their
  21. suggestions: Robert Barley, Kevin Kuehl, Jill Nicolaus, Paul Prior, and
  22. someone simply known as Matt. Thanks again for minimizing the suffering 
  23. of my favorite fish!
