- I went to my local lumber yard and picked anything which was large
- enough out of their cutoffs Formica bin. Not only does it work
- wonderfully in terms of sliding characteristics and durability, but
- pieces out of the scrap bin cost $.50 per square foot as opposed to
- about 6 times that for whole sheets and pieces you direct to be cut
- for you from a whole sheet.
